Important Appointment Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at Yen’s Massage & Spa. We reserve your time exclusively for you, and therefore, a deposit is required when booking an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be held and applied to your next appointment. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable.
